Your English,
in Chinese that sells.

I turn product pages, ad copy and help-center articles into Chinese that reads like it was written in Chinese. Not word-for-word. Not robot Chinese.

Fixed price, not an hourly guess.

One number and one delivery date before I start. That number is what you pay.

Written by the person you talk to.

Solo translator. No project manager, no handoff, no "our team will review".

You can test me for free first.

Send 200 words of your own English. Back in Chinese within 24h, no charge, no signup.

What I do

Three things, done properly.

E-commerce copy

Product pages, bullets and ads that a Chinese shopper reads without stopping. Titles, description blocks, promo lines. Your claims only — no invented specs.

Support and UI strings

The same 200 strings stay the same words every time, because I build a glossary first and hand it to you at delivery.

Machine-translation cleanup

Already ran it through a tool? Send the English and the machine output. I fix what reads wrong and leave what is already fine.

How it works

  1. Send the fileDropbox/Drive link, or paste it in a DM. Word, XLSX, CSV, JSON or plain text.
  2. Get a quote and a dateWithin 24h: fixed price, delivery date, and any question I need answered first.
  3. Pay, then it startsPayPal. Larger jobs: half to start, half on delivery. Small jobs: paid on delivery.
  4. DeliverYour file in the same format, plus the glossary and a change log. One free revision round on mistakes I made.

Scope and terms

Whole site

Landing pages, UI strings and help center, up to 2,500 source words. 5 days, fixed scope, PayPal.

Five-page check

Every problem on five pages, each one quoted with the Chinese to paste in. 72 hours.

Per word

Word-based projects are quoted from the file before I start. Same delivery, same person.

Payment by PayPal (Goods & Services). I send the payment details once we agree the job — nothing to sign up for on this site.
One revision round free on errors I introduced; new content is a new job. Rates are quoted in the conversation — this page does not print them.

48 hours on jobs up to 2,000 source words.

Counted from the moment the payment clears. Miss it, and that job is 20% off — no argument, no form to fill in. Over 2,000 words? I give you the date in the quote and hold it. I don't take a job I can't finish.

Same paragraph. Two versions.

Pick the one you would publish. Sources are paragraphs from my own site, not client work — because I'm not going to show you work I don't have.

1 · Marketing: why the price is not the sticker price

English
Every marketplace quotes one percentage and hides the rest. Etsy charges 6.5% but applies it to shipping, adds payment processing on the tax-inclusive total, and can take another 15% through offsite ads.
Machine translation
每个市场引用一个百分比并隐藏其余部分。Etsy 收取 6.5%,但将其应用于运费,在含税总额上添加支付处理,并可以通过站外广告再拿 15%。
Delivered
每个平台只报一个费率,剩下的藏起来。Etsy 标 6.5%,但这 6.5% 连运费一起算;支付手续费按含税总额再扣一道;站外广告还能再吃掉 15%。
What changed, and why
  1. "marketplace" → 平台: machine output says 市场, which nobody who sells online says.
  2. "applies it to shipping" → 连运费一起算: Chinese leads with the result, then the scope.
  3. "payment processing" → 支付手续费: the literal term reads like a bank form.

2 · Instructions: how to use it right

English
Enter your real numbers, not the optimistic ones. Include packaging in product cost, include the true postage you pay, and set the ad rate to what you are actually running.
Machine translation
输入你的真实数字,而不是乐观的数字。在产品成本中包括包装,包括你支付的真正邮资,并将广告费率设置为你实际正在运行的。
Delivered
填真实的数,别填你希望的数。包装算进成本,邮费按你实际付的填,广告费率按你现在真在跑的填。
What changed, and why
  1. "Enter" → 填: users fill a form, they don't 输入.
  2. "not the optimistic ones" → 别填你希望的数: names who is being optimistic.
  3. "actually running" → 真在跑: keeps the colloquial register of the whole paragraph.

3 · Numbers: why cheap items lose the most

English
Fixed fees on cheap items. A $0.30 per-order fee is 6% of a $5 sale and 0.3% of a $100 sale. Subscription spread: a $39 monthly plan is $1.30 per order at 30 orders and $0.04 at 1,000.
Machine translation
廉价物品上的固定费用。每笔订单 0.30 美元的费用是 5 美元销售的 6% 和 100 美元销售的 0.3%。订阅传播。39 美元的月度计划在 30 个订单时每单 1.30 美元。
Delivered
便宜货最怕固定费。一笔 0.30 美元的订单费,在 5 美元的单子上吃掉 6%,在 100 美元的单子上只占 0.3%。订阅费的摊薄:39 美元/月的套餐,30 单时每单摊 1.30 美元,1,000 单时每单摊 0.04 美元。
What changed, and why
  1. Noun phrase → 便宜货最怕固定费: gives the sentence a subject and a stake.
  2. "is 6% of" → 吃掉 6%: the seller's pain, not the equation.
  3. "Subscription spread" → 订阅费的摊薄: spread is 摊薄 here, not 传播.

Why trust a stranger with your copy

You shouldn't, yet. I have no logo wall and no testimonials. What I have is the 200-word test: send a paragraph from your own product page, I send it back in Chinese within 24 hours, free. If it doesn't read better than what you have, don't hire me.

What I can point to: I build and run the fee references at this domain — the numbers sellers use to price their own listings. Numbers have to be right, or people make bad decisions. That is the habit I bring to your copy.

FAQ

Are you an agency?

No. One person. You talk to the translator from start to finish.

Do you use AI?

I use tools. Every line that ships is read and rewritten by me. If you want a no-AI clause, say so and I will sign it.

Can you keep the Chinese consistent across 3,000 strings?

That is what the glossary is for. I build it on the first batch, hand it to you, and reuse it on every job after.

Who owns the translation?

You do, on payment. I don't reuse your copy or publish it.

What if I don't like it?

One free revision round on anything I got wrong. If it's a matter of taste, tell me the direction and I'll redo the three worst paragraphs free.

Can you do Chinese→English?

Yes, quoted after a sample — usually above the EN→ZH rate.

How do I pay?

PayPal, Goods & Services. I send the details once we agree the scope; larger jobs are half up front, half on delivery.
