How it works

- We script, you approveFive scripts within 24 hours. You change anything that sounds wrong.
- PayPal, then we renderFixed price and delivery date in writing. The 48-hour clock starts when both your assets and the payment are in.

What we will not do
No paid actors, no fake reviews, no claims your product cannot support, no stock footage pretending to be your product. If a script needs a spec you have not confirmed, we ask instead of inventing it. We also decline medical or health claims, financial return promises, and anything resembling a counterfeit brand.
Questions we get before ordering
- Do I own the videos?
- Yes. Full commercial rights to the finished files. We only show a clip as portfolio work if you say yes in writing.
- What if I do not like one of the five?
- Two revision rounds, up to five small changes each, at no extra cost — including changes to the script before rendering. From the third round it is $15 per round, paid before we start. Swapping the topic, the footage or the whole style is a new order.
- What if you are late?
- 48 hours from the moment your assets and the payment are both in. If we land between 48 and 96 hours, the set is 20% off. Past 96 hours you can take a full refund. No form to fill in, no argument.
- Whose footage is it?
- Yours. Before rendering we ask you to confirm in writing that you have the right to use the footage and photos you send. Music comes from a royalty-free library, and we keep the licence record for every set we deliver.
- My product is a service, not a physical thing.
- Fine. We have done app walk-throughs, dashboards and landing-page tours. Send a screen recording or the login-free demo link.
- Is the voiceover a real person?
- It is a hosted synthetic voice, commercially licensed, or your own recording if you send one. We say which before you pay.
- Can the captions be in Chinese?
- Yes, burned in, native wording. Quoted with the set. Handy if the same video also runs on RedNote or WeChat Channels.
- Can I run it as a paid ad?
- The files are ad-ready. We do not run media buying; that stays with you or your agency.
