Profit Analyser
Drop in a sales export from Etsy, Shopify, eBay or Amazon. It applies the platform's fee stack to every row and shows what you actually kept. Nothing is uploaded — the file is read in your browser and never sent anywhere.
Exports from any platform work; column names are detected automatically
Why a CSV instead of connecting your store
Most profit tools ask you to authorise access to your shop and sync your orders to their servers. That is convenient, but it means handing a third party a live connection to your revenue, and waiting for a sync before you see anything.
This tool takes the export you can already download from every platform, reads it locally, and gives you the answer immediately. There is no account to create, no OAuth screen, and no copy of your sales data sitting on someone else's server.
What the numbers mean
Gross revenue is what buyers paid, including shipping they were charged. Platform fees are commission and payment processing, calculated on the same base the platform uses. Net profit subtracts fees, refunds and any cost column you map.
If your export has a cost or COGS column, map it and the margin becomes real. If it does not, the profit figure is contribution before product cost, which is still useful for comparing platforms but not for deciding whether a product is worth selling.
Limits worth knowing
Fee models are simplified: they apply one commission rate and one payment rate to every row. Real exports mix categories, currencies, promotions and tax, and a single rate will not match every line. Use this to spot outliers and compare periods, then reconcile against the platform's own statement before filing anything.
